What do members vote on?

Members vote the fundamentals of the build. Which home. How many. Where. Those are not poll questions for a comment section. They are the decisions that turn dirt into a voted spec home. After the vote, the job has a direction the club chose.

That is the difference between a club and a feed. A feed asks you to like a clip. A club asks you to decide. If you do not want to decide, you will be happier in a course. If you want to learn as you earn on a live job, the vote is the work.

Voting also keeps the story shared. Leaders do not invent a new direction every month in private. The club pointed. Leaders carry that point onto the lot. When someone asks why this home and not another, the answer is the vote.

Who executes after the vote?

Leaders execute. That sentence is doing a lot of work. It means members are not asked to pull permits at midnight. It also means members are not invited to sit still and wait for a surprise reveal. Leaders carry out what the club decided. The in-house GC runs the job. The club stays in the loop.

Execute is not a magic word. It is the trades, the file, the sequence, the call when a week slips. Members should expect to hear that in the monthly update, not in a hype reel. If the update only celebrates, it is not an update. If it names what moved and what did not, it is a club.

This is how you learn without becoming the GC. You see the path. You do not have to be the path. You still have a job: vote, read, ask, stay current. That is work. It is not a course quiz, and it is not a seat in a dark webinar you forget.

What does a monthly update look like?

A monthly update is a record. What the club voted. What leaders did. What the dirt did. What is next. It should be plain. Desert light in a vision still can sit beside it, captioned as vision, so nobody confuses a picture with a standing home.

The update is also a pace. Once a month is often enough to stay honest and slow enough to let work happen. Daily noise is not a build. Silence is not a club. A month is a unit a live job can speak in.

If you have been in courses, you are used to modules. Modules end. Updates do not end until the job does. That open end is why people who want a neat certificate bounce, and why people who want to develop homes stay.

How is this different from watching a course?

A course has a teacher and a playback bar. A club has members and a vote. A course ends with a checklist you must run alone: find land, find a builder, find a lender. A club already has a live job and an in-house GC. The checklist is not your midnight homework.

A course also trains you to be an audience. You sit. You take notes. You maybe post a question. A build club trains you to decide. If the club only wanted viewers, it would sell another course. It wants members who vote.

Leaders execute is the other half. Some clubs talk like members will run the job. That is not this. Some pitches talk like members do nothing. That is not this either. The middle is the point: members vote, leaders carry it out, everyone sees the month.

Why does this loop matter on a live job?
